From 23 March to 19 April 2016 in Moscow at I.F. Gamalea Scientific Research and Epidemiological Centre a postgraduate course on bacteriology was held by I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University. The Ostrova Charitable Foundation provided financial support for the training course for Svetlana Zaitseva, a bacteriologist from the Chuvash Republican Clinical Hospital (Cheboksary).
