On 5 March in Tolyatti a conference took place entitled Aspects of outpatient observation of patients with CF

 The conference examined matters connected with the provision of medication for patients in the Samara region, primary issues of diagnosis, treatment and routine examinations of patients with cystic fibrosis, aspects of the illness in adults, the importance of consistency of facilities in children’s and adults’ institutions, and current problems of contemporary microbiology. The total number of participants amounted to about 30 people.

The conference was organized with the financial support of the Ostrova Charitable Foundation within the Initiative programme, and with the active participation of the Assistance to Cystic Fibrosis Patients, a public organization in the Samara region.
