The Ostrova Charitable Foundation has announced that it is beginning to accept applications for participation in the Students nomination which is part of the Chopin Award. Nomination for supporting cystic fibrosis patients studying in Russian institutions of higher education was opened in 2015.
Eligible participants include Russian citizens older than 18 who have been diagnosed with cystic fibrosis and have been students in good standing in a higher education programme (Certificate, Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree) of any attendance type (full time, correspondence, evening, part-time) in publicly-funded or private department at an institution of higher education located in Russia for a minimum of 3 (three) semesters.
Applications for participation in the competition will be accepted by email at ostrovaspb@gmail.com until October 1, 2016.
