Issues of outpatient rehabilitation were discussed in St Petersburg

On 11-12 November 2016, the 2^nd Russian Medical Congress Outpatient Rehabilitation 2016, which attracted international participation, was held in St Petersburg. Over the two days of the Congress, rehabilitation doctors discussed issues of rehabilitation for different diseases. Within the Outpatient Rehabilitation in Pulmonology section, the main treatment techniques for patients with cystic fibrosis were discussed. Tatyana A. Stepanenko, Head of the 2^nd Pulmonology Division at Hospital No. 2 in St Petersburg, gave a presentation on this issue. Yulia A. Shamanovskaya spoke about the programmes of Ostrova Charitable Foundation which are aimed at helping patients with cystic fibrosis.
