Cystic Fibrosis School held in St Petersburg

On 26 November, the regular school for parents and patients with cystic fibrosis, held annually by the Organisation Assisting Patients with Cystic Fibrosis, took place in St Petersburg.

This year, the school was accommodated at the Sokos Olympia Garden Hotel and gathered more than 70 people living in St Petersburg and the Leningrad region who are directly involved in the cystic fibrosis problem.

The participants listened with interest to the speeches of the cystic fibrosis specialists invited from St Petersburg and Moscow. The school was closed by Julia Shamanovskaya, CEO of the Organisation Assisting Patients with Cystic Fibrosis, who summarised the results of the organisation’s activities over the year and shared plans for the future.
