A kinesiotherapy room was opened in Voronezh on 30 November at Regional Children’s Clinical Hospital No. 2.
The project for opening the CF room was implemented under the Kinesiotherapy Programme with financial support from the Ostrova Charitable Foundation and active participation of the Help for Patients with Cystic Fibrosis Voronezh Regional Non-governmental Organisation, represented by Eleonora Sevryukova.
Two specialists of Regional Children’s Clinical Hospital No. 2 carried out training within the scope of a special cycle of thematic upgrading in St Petersburg.
We wish the CF room and kinesiotherapy physicians successful and prolonged work for the good of the 90-or-so patients with Cystic Fibrosis living in Voronezh!
By assisting medical institutions in different areas of Russia in introducing kinesiotherapy into the system for treating patients with cystic fibrosis by training kinesiotherapy physicians and opening CF rooms equipped with special facilities, we help CF patients improve their respiratory systems, thereby prolonging their lives and improving their quality of life.
