Participation in the 29th European Congress of Clinical Microbiology & Infectious Diseases

This year, charity foundation «Ostrova» helped Danir Ismatullin, a specialist in general hygiene and epidemiology and an intern of fundamental and clinical biochemistry department with laboratory diagnosis of the Samara State Medical University, to participate in the 29th European Congress of Clinical Microbiology & Infectious Diseases (ECCMID).

The 29th Congress was held on April 13-16, 2019, in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

There, Danir made a presentation to share the results of studies to assess the prevalence of M. abscessus among patients with cystic fibrosis in Russia.
